I get power (at least to the fan), I've checked all the fuses and I've taken apart and cleaned the Speaker relay...I've even powered it up fed it a signal and physically closed the relay but I get nothing and the relay will not remain closed...seems like I am getting nothing to the relay...

About the input sensitivity thing...My Hafler 500 has an input sensitivity of 2.3v and my Sony 1000ESD preamp has anoutput voltage of 1.5v. Which would account for why I've always thought I was never getting the 'power' out of the Hafler I expected. Right? Can the Sony be 'tweaked' to match...
