Try a Dynaco Pas-3X or Pas-3. Excellent value. Excellent preamp. Very musical and extremely smooth, yet precise. Will continue to climb in value.

Kef 104/2 are a great speaker and they hold their value quite well. Well made; superior design. Martins are nice as well, but always been a kef person myself. Do you have the opportunity to test both? Regards.
