Holding down the program key for several seconds didn't change the display. Also now, just tried the above suggestions while unplugged, and then powering up the unit with different combinations of key pressing, and still no change to display.

This is a picture of my EQ for the Sentry VI. I haven't used it yet, since the speakers sound just fine as they are. Maybe I should try it to see if there is an improvement, but being EV speakers they are awesome as-is.
