    Your favorite Peanut Butter?

You really need to try it when it's freshly ground. Some regular supermarkets have it, or you may need to go to a Whole Foods Market or similar health food store. Or you can make your own in a food processor. That works well too.

    Cioppino - Seafood Stew

Looks pretty good, although I like clams so I don't know that I'd take them out. Have you ever made it with fresh seafood?

Fries are really good with cajun seasoning like Tony Cachere's on them too.

    Your favorite Peanut Butter?

Smucker's peanut butter is good too. I prefer the fresh ground stuff, but Smucker's is good in a pinch. :) Smucker's sure has been successful. They own a ton of stuff now. http://www.smuckers.com/family_company/brands/

A glass bottle. The plastic squeeze bottles are much more convenient, but I get nostalgic for the old glass bottles.

    Your favorite Peanut Butter?

The salmonella butter came from Peanut Corporation of America, and is not sold directly to retail consumers as peanut butter. It is sold to foodservice operations and also to companies making things that have peanut butter in them.

    Your favorite Peanut Butter?

The grocery store I shop at has a self-serve peanut grinder. Fresh ground peanut butter is really good. I don't like most of the big brands because they have lots of other things added to them, including sugar, salt, preservatives, and emulsifiers.

    Ketchup or catsup

I only use ketchup for a few things. I like it on scrambled eggs and hamburgers, and also on french fries. (In fact, I won't eat French fries without ketchup. Not that I eat fries very often anymore...) It's also good as a glaze on meatloaf.

    Relish

Tony Packo's is real. Their hot dogs are excellent too. :) http://www.tonypackos.com Their pickles and peppers relish is sweet, but not as sweet as most, and it has a lot of zing from the peppers.

    Relish

I'm not usually a big relish fan. I'll have a few hot dogs a year with relish on them instead of just mustard. When I do eat relish, I prefer Tony Packo's. I also got some relish last summer that was excellent. I used it on everything and couldn't get enough of it. That was the Datil...

    Ketchup or catsup

I prefer Heinz ketchup. The other brands just don't taste right. Years ago I used to get Smucker's ketchup. It came in a small jar like jam does. It was sweet and "tomatoey." I think that was my second favorite. I've seen recipes for making your own ketchup, but I don't know anyone who's...

    Mustard

Mustard has been mentioned in other threads, but I thought it would be interesting to have a thread on it so we can see who likes what. I like a lot of different mustards, although I don't like the really sweet mustards like honey mustard. One of my favorites is Mister Mustard. It's hot...

    Martini- how and why?

I once saw a comment by a bartender that you should shake drinks that are sweet or have fruit juices in them. Drinks that are all booze should only be stirred. So Ian Fleming had it wrong. :)

Cerwin Vega DB-10 Bass Excavator ever seen one?

I had one of these that came with a pair of S-1s. They were very noisy, so I wound up not using it very much.
