I am the original poster. This was posted more than two years ago but I saw that there has been some recent replies. For more than a year and half, I have been happily listening to a pair Infinity Renaissance 80, powered by B&K 4430.

Trying again ... Anyone has experience with both pairs of speakers?

I got my Rens 80 also for $70, in great used working condition. But I hoping someone may have direct experiences comparing the two specific pairs of speakers.

Has anyone heard both KEF Reference Series Model One and B&W 603? I am somewhat familiar with the latter but not the former, and am wondering how the two compare to each other. Thank you.

I will have a chance to buy a pair of KEF Model One in excellent condition at a very cheap price (less than $70). But I guess it might not be worth it if Infinity Renaissance is better.
