What brand thermal paste do you guys like for power transistors?

Hello all, I picked up a Kenwood Basic M1 that would not power on. I found blown power fuse and output transistor 2SB688 is shorted e-c. Anyone know of a good source for replacement 2SB688? Thank you, Daryl

These amps sound very good and you can find them at a pretty decent price on ebay. If you find a way to remove the black paint and polish the aluminum I'd like to see how it comes out. Are you talking about removing the paint from the face plate too? What are you going to do about the lettering?
