Thanks for the responses. Just to follow up. I had bought the PC used and it appears the internal connectors had been dislodged a bit in transit (or by the original owner). I stuck one blade of a fork in the hole and bent the connectors back wider and it made it so the plug worked. Looks...

I "think" it's a c-15 but I am not sure. I just plugged my old Bifrost one into it (a Pontus II) and it fit. I'm in the market for a nicer one, too.

After about 100 hours, my Pontus II sounds fantastic, fwiw. Really having a good time with it so far. Hooked up to a MC2105/C24 w/Chorus II’s, streaming Qobuz from a new Dell laptop.

I have old McIntosh separates (an Mc2105 and C24) paired with some Klipsch Chorus II’s. Sounds awesome to my ears. There’s more depth and clarity to the music plus a richness that wasn’t there before. TBF - This replaced a Bifrost 4490….

I splurged and got the Pontus II. I’m pretty happy with the purchase so far. Pretty slick customer support and I love the sound, already. The thing weighs a ton, which honestly I have no idea if that matters or not…..but the build quality seems fantastic
