Nakamichi cr-1a 12€

Luxman kt-112 15€

Yamaha M4 $12
Nakamichi Dragon $18
Yamaha C2 $10
Luxman PD 224 $22
ADS 710's. $18

$80 total; yes, a Dragon for $18! This was a basement system for close to 4 years. Still have all but the 710's and the Yammie pre. The M4 and the Nak deck were revelations as were the ADS 710's. The Nak deck is far from mint but I have a boxes of mix tapes and air checks from back in the day so it's nice to hear them through a quality deck.

I came across this thread again today, I was post #124 on 3/15/10. Very little of those systems remain.
Main system.
Still have the Denon DRA-685 $10.50
4 New large Advents $20 re-foamed and recapped.
Kenwood DP-7010 cd player $7.50
Dual CS-626 $13.50
Pioneer DVL-700 $4 laser disc, dvd, cd player
27" Sony Wega TV $25 + Sony vcr $5 = $85.50 + cost of surrounds.

Bedroom system

Knight 2250k speakers $5.40 contains Goodman's 12" woofer, 6" mid and horn tweeter
Technics SL-J3 linear tracking tt. $15
I also have a Sylvania 1560 cd player modded by Van Alstine $64.99 ebay
This takes me to $112.14 slightly over the limit.

My funky cool system I've been listening to as a main system, as my other amps, integrateds and receivers sit collecting dust.

American Tube amp, free from thanhdang63
Carver C-2 pre-amp, free from thanhdang63
ELAC Miracord 10H, free from thanhdang63
Roundindignias, free from RayW
Sansui CD V350, free from Duffinator
Monster Turbine Copper Pro In-ear speakers, free from Monster/AK

Sometimes all you need is some good karma. :)

My son's bedroom system- Dynaco a25's, part of a trade
Kenwood KA-6000 and kt-7000 for $80 and grillebilly gave me the matching kc-6060 lab scope :D

Realistic STA 95 $20
Realistic CD 2300 $10
Wharfdale Denton 2X? $10
Realistic LAB 395 $35

We could add a Realistic SCT 21 deck but we'd be a little over 100. Not much though.

Or we could substitute a pair of Realistic Nova 8s $30 above for an all Realistic system?

But that would put us at $105.
