Just snagged a pair of 2000.3 speakers for 30 bucks, shipped. What are pros/cons of this speaker? I'll be using it mostly as rear surround.

I use them for rears also, fronts I use a pair of 2000.6's and I use two 2000.3 for a center channel, sounds pretty good to me.

Very sweet, detailed, small book shelf speaker.
Almost the same as Okee: newer version of the 2000.6 is RS-5 (Infinity reusing model numbers) for front mains, CC#3 for center, RS-3 (2000.3) for surround, and 2000.1 for rears.
I don't understand people buying the "boxed" 5.1-7.1 systems. Don't they audition these things? YUCK.
Listen to a 7.1 system, w/ full sized speakers, w/ a real HD receiver, and four (4) tactile transducers bolted under your couch. now you are talking.
anyway, really nice speakers. my two cents. Stu

It's going to be nice. I have a Frankensystem. It'll be the 2000.3 as rear, Klipsch Quintet sides and center (for now), Klipsch Sub-10 & Klipsch KG 3.5 and B&W V202 as mains running off my Yamaha RX-V663.
