The is a Fascinating documentary film showing the manufacturing of a 1936 Chevrolet automobile from the very being to the end. Dramatic music combined with the black-n-white footage make it very dramatic. Those of you into vintage Chevrolet’s, I one had 1952 Chevy 2 door sedan, will recognize the iconic 216 CID OHV I6 engine. The 235 CID version was used until 1962. The actual assembly process has not changed much today except most every thing is automated.
I think this is a 1936 not a 1934. Not much difference except the grill and what GM called the turret top, in 1936 They had stamping presses big enough to form a roof stamping in one piece. .
