A saucy weekend

Been making sauces all weekend. Yesterday I put up my first keg of hot sauce. It will be ready the end of Sept. Got up this morning and made a quart of blackberry sauce from fresh picked blackberries. An ice cream delight. Now I have my What's this here sauce simmering on the stove. When it cools I will be loading up this 5 liter keg for aging till the end of Oct. It has to simmer for awhile to keep the molasses, anchovies, onion powder, minced garlic, etc from separating in the barrel. I will loose about a quart to the Angels share. That will be replaced with balsamic vinegar. Next week it will be another keg of hot sauce.
