Aiwa turntable repair

I have an Aiwa AP-2600 that I like very much even though I have much better turntables. It stopped rotating and I have been working to repair it and I need transistors 2SC945L-P . It is not available and I have found multiple replacement numbers. what is the best replacement for this transistor ? thanks

Have you had any luck? I just got one of these and loved it then yesterday morning when the same thing happened.
