Alpage AL-110 Cassette

I got one of these with some other gear, so decided to play a cassette but no go... Unit just clicks and the deal on the bottom that reads the tape never rises up to opetate. Notice one of the pulleys is not turning so i would expect new belts are in order? Where do i find replacements?

Alpage= Alpine so I think maybe there is a cross listing somewhere.

I think the Alpage brand pre-dated Alpine by a few years.
