Anothe AU 517 bias question

Newbie here. Bias on one channel is solid .020 mv and does not move after warmup, however, other channel bounces between .020 and .019mv.Seems to bounce about every 10 seconds. Is this normal or is farther investigation warranted? Thanks for any help.
