Any Alternatives to the Magnum Dyna Slueth?

Just put a antenna up in the attic and would like to get something to pull in a few of the weaker stations and was wondering if there are any antenna amps worth looking into beside the sleuth?

Antenna amps, by their very nature, amplify everything the antenna pulls in - the noise along with the signal. Will you settle for that?

The common ChannelMaster-type antenna amp adds noise. The GaAs amp is so low noise that the system noise level is reduced for low level RF signals.

Internal overload is a possiblity if your tuner's AGC is not up to the task and you have a strong local transmitter.
