Anybody Else Think USPS' Track & Confirm Worthless?

First class service like this damages my reputation, I still don't have the package as I had the buyer REFUSE the shipment since I already replaced it. Now what if that was a bill payment??? USPS can control your credit rating!!! :sigh:

Other than acceptance and delivery confirmation, it is not on par with fedex or ups tracking, but those two things are my only expectation of the service.
