Anyone else preordered "Live at Pompeii" by David Gilmour

Saw this on Amazon for preorder: So I ordered the Blu-Ray for $20.xx The CD's and Vinyl are pricey IMO. The CD set is $50 and the Vinyl is $93.xx I have a Blu-ray hooked to my main system so I thought I would try the Blu-ray. Release date 9-29-17

5 years ago Maben remastered the 35 mm film into 2K HD for a blu ray, along with a 5.1 mix that still hasn't come out. Nothing happens fast in the PF universe.

Anyone know the difference between the US and European version of the vinyl set? Also, what is the total play time on the vinyl set?

I'll just put this out in general terms, there will not be a mastering difference, general barcode and catalogue number change for the different countries.

Looks like it is about 148 minutes which is perfect for capturing on a 12.5" reel and squeezing 5550 feet of 1 mill tape at 7.5 ips.

What the heck is the diff between the US Box set of 2 Cds and 2 BluRays for just under $50,
and the European Box set of 2 Cds and 2 BluRays for just under $100??
I've got Pulse & Gdansk, but I think when I do get around to ordering this, it'd be the US version ...!

I picked up the LP box set today and just got through the first listen. The vinyl is pretty much perfect IMHO! Very dynamic with impressive extension on both ends. A very open feeling to the recording as you would expect from a live outdoor concert yet the performance is near studio quality in how tight the instruments sound. Very nice!
