These have Acrosound TO-300 ultra-linear output transformers and 5881 output tubes...anyone know the specs?

The pictured amplifiers are Heath Co. W-3AM. Rated output 20 Watts, 36 Watts peak. Claimed frequency response at 1 Watt: 6 to 150,000 cps + or - 1dB. Harmonic distortion: less than 1% at 20 Watts. IM Distortion: less than 1.3% at 20 Watts. Input sensitivity: 1 volt for 22 Watts output. Hum and noise 88dB below rated output. Damping factor: 14.

1 ea 5v4G

Same circuit, PT, choke and spex as the Heath W4. The TO-300 OPT is desirable. Those should sound really good. I built up something very similar, a Williamson with 6L6 and Peerless OPTs with W4 chassis and PT. They were well received at AKfest.
Note that the PTs are under rated and under cooled and can open up on the HT winding seemingly for no reason. There are few spare PTs around due to this. If originality is important to you, insist on a test of the PTs before buying, and fuse the B+ line before putting them into service.
