Anyone heard of pioneer cs-1725?

No experience with them but they came with Pioneer rack systems of the late 80's early 90's

I've seen them on craigs for as little as $25, on up to $100. Golf ball-sized magnets, 1/2" chipboard construction with no bracing.

I've seen people on this forum talk about them. They generally say the sound is on the top end of the cheap rack system crap. However, being at the top of a pile of crap is still crap... just a nicer version of said crap.

Is that good coming from that era?

Edit: Upon further research, late 80's early 90's is crap.
I disagree with you. I've had these speakers for 20 years and sound better then any crap made today!. Don't be fooled by fast talking salesmen at best buy. how is a 20 year old kid going to tell anybody about old school speakers. These are fantastic speakers. if you can get these for $50 its a gold mine find.

Very rare speakers.
So rare even Google has nothing about them.
Except this thread.

But since it's been 4 years, the OP might have already gotten some speakers by now.
