Anyone here use high powered Audio Research tube amps?

Just curious, how about the guy's who have power hungry speakers that they bought
when they had big solid state amps and now want to try tubes on there speakers?
As I have a friend who has some Aerial Acoustics Model 10Ts. Great sounding speakers!

And after hearing my tube stuff really wants a high powered tube amp or a pair of tube
mono block amps. He has the cash to spend anywhere from $2500-$4000 and there is
a few amps we were looking at like some vtl's or rogue audio. If there are some good
choices for high powered tube amps that will work nicely on power hungry spkrs that
dip to 3 ohms and hang around 4 most of the time, what might they be?
By the way we are talking used amp prices and if you go to the end of the article link it
gives the specs on the speakers, one of the amps we were looking at was the rogue zeus.
