Sad news, feels like a family member has died.
Arnie was a big part of the 1970s audio renaissance. When the CES was in Chicago, he was one to watch for innovation.
RIP Arnie, and thank you!
Wow... I'm totally new to Infinity stuff, and just yesterday read some of the bio links found in "Best of the Infinity Forum" thread. This one is definitely worth a read. RIP.
Edit: updated link to bio at Stereophile, with old pic of him and his Infinity crew.
Wow, that is some really saddening news. Infinity ruled the world when Arnie run it. RIP.
Shoot. All the musicians gone and now the guy behind one of my better pairs of speakers is gone too. 2017 has not been a good year.
A man who used his talent to do what he loves to create legacy for years to follow. RIP Arnie.
Well this is depressing he will be missed. His speakers were my first real pair and what started me into audio equipment, his legacy will live on. RIP
Wow that is sad, R.I.P Arnie Nudell.
Sad to hear. What a legacy though.
RIP Arnie. Sad news.
So sorry to hear this!
That man has had a huge influence on the way I've listened to music since I was a teenager in the late 70s. It's been a cool comfort knowing he's been working with Paul McGowan for so many years. I hope his current projects are far enough along to be completed.
o man , i been watching his videos with Paul McGowan, this is to bad r.i.p Arnie.
So sad to hear. Saw him speak at a forum at the RMAF a couple years ago about how he started the company.
Deeply Saddened by this news. Forever his name etched in the burrough's of my mind. Forever Thanked for brimging the music to myself and so many others.
God Bless you,
What a sade message. I will miss him very much. He gave me so much good. Thank you.
Klaus, thanks to you as well for helping to preserve Arnies legacy with your Infinity Classics website.
Does this mean the end of the forethcoming PS audio speakers he was designing?
RIP Arnie, I can't say how much of an influence you've been on my ears. Thanks.
Seconded on your website Klaus, I can't say how many times I've gone to your site for various information, or just eye candy.
Very sad news . I have thanked him many times for bringing me so close to the music I love . What wonderful gifts he brought to us all . RIP Arnie Nudell.
