Attention Fairchild Freaks!

I dont have any Fairchild gear besides a 240 preamp but I recently purchased the speaker in this ad, the Stan White Esquire, it would be fun (prohibitively expensive at this time) to recreate the mono setup in this ad. I think the speaker would be the most rare item. Have any of you ever come across Stan White speakers, I also have the Opus I model.

Although the speaker is rare I think the audio mat would be the rararest of the lot .The fairchild 275 is probally behind the Stan white speaker as the 412 and the arm show up more often than the others. Yes a very pricey system back then. If you interested click this link and download the may 1953 issue of the may, 1953 issue of radio and television news and goto page 58 to see the audio mat featured in your ad. Quite a impressive piece to say the least.

Fwiw for others or yourself heres 2 ads one for the esquire and one for the opus which you have and another for their totl speaker They sound like impressive speakers to say the least.although this thread is mostly for fairchild gear the regular posters in here don't mind a thread derail sometimes.
