I sent off an email to the seller asking for more pics...

Here's his reply and the pics he sent me.

drivers 1/4 panel was welded in/replaced from body line below,bondo never finished at back, other 1/4 is still solid, fenders, doors, hood trunk, under vinyl top all solid. Surface rust only on floor/frame

original paint.

I had it started last fall, replaced fuel filter, .tank/carb needs cleaned out. Has been sitting undriven for 3-4 years.\

383 V8 4bbl car

excellent original interior

Rare find, 1st $1500 cash buys it Kansas City location.

Interrior is really nice on that Monaco. You don't see alot of cars here in cali that still have the original interrior intact. you could turn that into a real sleeper with some FI, cam, headers, and some drivetrain work. Those 383s were monsters when properly in tune.
 
The interior is in great shape but the beige color is a little boring.Still 1500 bucks seems like a fair price for this car.
 
The 383's were OK, but what would be really cool would be to slip a 500 cube big block in there-with a 383 pie tin on the air cleaner.
