Born under a bad sign?

I need some help here. What I have is that AU-D11 that blows what I think is the main fuse. All I have is a Fluke DMM, and no schematic. Have to mention that I'm more than eager to fix this one myself. After removing the cover I quickly realized that I was in a bit o' hot water. She's full in there. BTW Morden her number is 823010013. Oh, oh, she's number 13. I hope tht's not a bad sign.
