Back up and running - the sequel

I know it took a while but we should be good to go now. It took some serious work to determine the root cause and reconfigure the server.

I want to thank Frannie. The site would not be back up, if not for her. She is a wealth of knowledge and skill that helped diagnose the issue and provide a path forward.

It wasn't a XenForo issue. This was server config issue brought about by Elasticsearch.
