hey guys , just wanted to share ...today i brought a friends bang olufsen beocenter 1800 . its top is loaded with a turntable but this one had the turntable gone....so the whole thing was a 20watts amplifier and a tuner ....
as i connected and played it with my sansui sp100i speakers .....a striking midrange and beautiful bass impressed me . it got me by surprise by that razor sharp imaging too .....i could do some comparisons with other amps too but was too tired today . will do the detailed comparisons and make a verdict .
others may chime in for views according to your experiences ....
it requires some cleaning of the knobs and sliders and some dry solderings that may be responsible for minor flaws but so far iv enjoyed it ...
