Best Buy never refunded the order I cancelled

    don't buy anything at BestBuy. they never did a credit card refund after I cancelled an order for a PC I placed the day before, last November. And no, I never picked it up. What is taking them so long, the refund is "pending', So, Best Buy, get off your asses and do it.

    Get your credit card company involved, they'll take care of it for you.

    I buy at Best Buy all the time. No problem. Why wait 3 months and then complain here? Your energy should be directed at the two parties involved and yourself.

    I do not shop at Best Buy. But it sounds like you are the one to drop the ball. A quick call to your credit card company would take care of it.
