What used phono cartridges would you recommend for my setup? I have a Realistic RS25XT on my Pioneer PL-50. It is a nice intro cart but it's time to move up. I have it running through a Pioneer SX-6000 receiver. I'm thinking of a buying a Radio Shack V15RS. Any thoughts?

$100 is definitely in the "budget" category, but still there are some quality options in that range. In fact, some would say (myself included) that it's best not to get too exotic on these classic tables and just stick with something similar to what may have been used with such a table back in the day (especially if your mostly spinning rock-n-roll). I just picked up a Shure M97XE for my PL-115D. Shure cartridges were a popular choice back in the 1970's, and the M97 definitely has the the right "look" (for those like me who care about these things). Another option would be the Ortofon 2M Red. Many folks consider this to be an outstanding (and maybe the best) cartridge at the $100 price point. However, it does have a more modern appearance to it. Both of these carts are widely available online. Good luck!
