Bokeh! show it off

it's a newton ring. it occurs when you scan directly on a flatbed's glass layer using the normal glass.

I only have holders for 4x5, I actually use a dedicated (though inexpensive) 35mm scanner for that. So the MF shots here were directly on the glass of my Epson. I don't shoot medium format currently as I've tried most of the (relatively) modern options out there and found them to be lacking in some way. One I haven't tried is the Pentax 67 so I might pick one up later this year depending on how things go. 4x5's quality is rewarding but using a technical camera can be trying.

You joked about me owning a Hasselblad, but that's not the camera for me. I'm not really a system shooter + I prefer eye level shooting.

This is one of my favorites. Taken with a Canon 300mm f/2.8 is lens with my 1ds mark ii
