I have a pair of Bose 161 speakers with sa-2 amp and AL-8 wireless link which i got thrown in with another set.
Not tested yet because the bose only 9 pin cable was lost and its expensive ...

Was thinking about placing them under the terrace roof, but i bet its not a good idea and they will be rusted out in a year ?

What's the temperature range throughout the year there?

Are they made of paper? Is that a high humidity environment?

I would not use them outside. For one thing, they are ported, so insects could build nest inside. 2, the cloth grill will not like the humidity too well; and C, yes the drivers are made of wood fiber, AKA "paper". These too, will not like being exposed to humidity and possibly blowing rain.

Then i'm probably going to sell the whole set, don't need another stereo inside. :)
