Glad to see they went with the "heavy duty" spring clip speaker wire binding posts capable of handling at least 18 ga wire for optimum performance with all that power on tap!

I have sent emails to TP asking for specs and they would never answer. Grenadeslio is right. It is junk.

I would have been more impressed if it said 25watts with decent performance specs, but the 1000watt claim screams JUNK.

What a revolutionary design! Puts me in a quandary. Sell the Levinson and buy sixty-five of these? When one quits, or is DOA right out of the box, just grab the next one. Probably would get fifteen years usage that way. And I could actually lift one. Decisions, decisions.

I see enough of these pieces of junk every week at the recyclers to tell you that there are plenty of idiots buying them.

Rated I.L.S.I (if lightning strikes it, and a direct hit). 1 channel driven, 2 milliseconds, 1KHz, into a 8 ohm load.

It's from Technical Pro......what did you expect. 1,000 watts at peak power with 100% distortion.

I'm not sure that even ILS ratings cover this one. I think the little amp would have to come into contact with antimatter in order to produce 1,000 watts of heat..........

aka as clean as an illegal "Peaked & Tweaked" CB Radio using a 10 Pill, not so linear amplifier aka harmonic generation device.
