That picture reminds me of Wooster & Jeeves. An old British TV show that I used to watch on PBS.
"Jam Session" print on masonite by Fran Arnot ........ $5 at a garage sale.
Tiffany Co. MCM pole lamp .... $35 at a second hand store.
Converted DJ table ... double thick MDF (1-1/2") covered in laminate ... $60 recycle store.
Rock Wool and burlap wall treatments ... corners, ceiling and point of first reflection. DYI
Hitachi HCA-8500ii amplifier.
Sansui CA-2000 preamp ... recapped.
JVC QL-5 quartz lock manual turntable.
Ortofon 2M Bronze cartridge.
Clearaudio Nano v2 phono pre.
Schiit Modi Multibit DAC
Teac CD-H750 single disc CD player
Sony 300 disc changer
ADS L1290 speakers .... tweeters and mids rebuilt by Richard So.
Walmart 14/2 extension cord speaker cables.
McIntosh MC250 and Dynaco Stereo 70 resting on lower shelf.
I know there's a "like" button but we need a "LOVE IT!" button.
Solved the on-off conundrum on my McIntosh MC250 .... have it running 110v in to 110v out.
Therefore ....... it is Rotation Time!
O.K. ..... sold some stuff and decided to try new!
PrimaLuna Prologue Five.
Schiit Audio Saga
Schiit Audio Loki ...
The thrill of opening new and the warranty ...... nice.
Congrats. I bought my PL5 new and will never get rid of it. Try some Gold Lion KT88's

Awaiting the report!!
Some more porn ....
Nice pieces of Schiit. I love my Freya.
All of your rigs have been sharp, but I really like the painting.
Quicksilver Line Stage .... 6922's.
Music Hall mmf-9. Ortofon Bronze.
Neat. Which amplifier is that?
It looks like it's still the PrimaLuna Prologue Five he mentioned a few posts ago.
@buckstir How are the 1290s holding up with that amp? I'm still keeping my eyes open on the classifieds for something with more SS power than my Rega Mira or NAD 7140 have on tap.
PrimaLuna Prologue Five has remained stellar.
1290's are now in second system. Either them or DCM TF600's will hit the market.
Running 1975 Klipsch Heresys with sub for now.
The upper end clarity ... along with the vocals and drums front and center ... are very appealing with the vintage Heresys.
Need to rotate the 1290's in with the new preamp before deciding on the starting lineup.
I have ss separates with 100 wpc and 175 wpc sitting idle right now.
The gain on the Quicksilver coupled with the efficiency of the Heresys will get your attention fast in the listening chair.
First ever subwoofer .... a skeptic no longer.
Separate names with a comma.
