These I assume are small signal relays, and not one used as speaker protect relays, correct??

Sansui C- 2101 is a pre-amp---all small signal

I pulled all the relays in the C-2101 I had and cleaned the contacts. New is better.

Will also work for replacing the AU-X1 signal relays, but not drop-in, as they seem to be the same footprint as the Omron G5V-2 relays already found.

Haven't done it yet. Only actually found one with and issue. Ordered one from Mouser and verified everything was kosher . Before ordering 13 relays that I would probably never use.

Spot on - I have a C-2102 - same relays - same accessibility - same 13

For those who may be wondering about the particular suitability of these relays as replacements, apart from the basics - coil resistance/voltage and 'footprint'. The key is the minimum current handling ability of the contacts, able to make or break tiny currents, in this case 0.01 mA, 10 mVDC, which is important for signal level switching. (not all PCB mount small relays can do this). This is why this find by Dave (avionic) is so useful, finding modern equivalents/direct replacements is the name of the game.
