C20 pre minor problems

I just picked up a c20 in pretty good shape except for a few minor problems. Some of the rca jacks in back have gotten a little loose. Is there anything I can do short of replacing them? 2nd the on/off volume knob does not click when turned to the off position,it will roll back on sometimes. Is it suppose to click at off? 3rd it has a hissing noise thru the speakers with volume up and know source playing. It is there regardless of what source is selected. a knowledgable friend listened to and said he would not worry about it because i could spend a lot of money chasing it with maybe better results. It is not noticeable when playing a source.

RCA Jacks loose , replacement is the only thing possible to have a good contact
Volume control /power/on/off switch is no more available and the only way to keep the unit in perfect shape is to replace it (send me a PM if you want one)
Power supply rebuilt is necessary in my point of view
