C33 issue

Hello all!

I am having a problem with my C33 preamp. The internal amplifier gives me very little volume. I have the gain controls on the top up all of the way, and the switch set to listen, and I get very little volume. Also, there is a lot of bleed through selections on the listen selector. For instance, when I select "Aux" I can still hear my tuner which is connected to the tuner input.

I am planning on sending my C33 to Terry for service, but I just wanted to get a sense of what is wrong first, and if it is anything that I can easily repair myself.

Are the pots up on top clean? spray a little contact cleaner in there and see if that helps. I have a C33 also and would like he hear if you find out what is wrong just in case I have the same problem later.
