Also @johnvb could we get a front shot? I love the way the new ones look...
Well the top three are the Yamahas, not bridged. They go to Paradigm Studios, so at 8 ohms thats 390wpc. Still alot. The center Yamaha goes to the center channel, so just using one channel there. I have the gain setup so that they produce 80 dBs with my Sony TAP preamp at 12:00 setting. So the gain controls on the amps are turned down a bit. Using Jensen Isomax trannys in between and the speakers are dead quiet, up close.
The bottom two are Crown Drivecore class D jobbers (XLS1500s) IMHO, they don't sound as good as the Yamahas, so I use them bridged (1500 wpc) for a pair of diy sealed subwoofers.
Can't show the fronts as is, cause they are stuffed in a closet. But here they are when I was using them in the two channel system. I was using one amp for each channel, driving the KEFs and the accompanying mid bass sub. The 3rd Yamaha was in the LH closet, driving a pair of IB manifolds in the ceiling.:
And here's the newest Yamaha PX series, they are nice looking:
I'm running a P2500S for the HF and P5000S for the LF on my DIY JBL M2 clones. The miniDSP units take care of the crossover duties and are fed by my Yamaha RX-A2010 AVR.
Here are my two Yamaha's; a-s801 and cr-1020.

They look great together!
^^^What turntable is that Matt?^^^
Thanks, guys. The turntable is a modded Rega Planar 2.
here is some of my Darth Vader, Yammi gear. All but the bottom unit...
Nice! Love the Yammi flip down rectangular doors. Here is the tuner you need now:
I will pass on the tuner. I had a TX-900u, but parted away with, since I have no time to listen to the radio.
Actually, for my 1k set, the TX-1000u would be the tuner to have, if I we're to get another.
I had a tx-930 among others. I also once had a C-70 preamp (with that door!). My semi-serious comment wasn't about a tuner per se, it was about that door! The TX-2000 had the door, but I think it might have only come in that champagne color.
Here is some more Darth Vader, black yammie gear.
One day I will have a new listing space with nice racks...
Yes, the heavy aluminum doors are a treat... Really nice feature indeed
No doors on these ones...
At some point I will post pix of some B-2s
And are those NS-1000X's?
Very nice Rottalpha!!
Yeah, with a B-1 tucked in the middle.
I picked up the B-1, BX-1s last year from a fellow AK'er. That is when the photo was taken. I put them back in the box and they have been sitting there ever since. No time to enjoy them.
Oh Rotti! Come on man; now I gotta go sulk for a while.
