Can someone please verify whether these are AR speakers?

These are for sale locally and are being advertised as AR speakers; however I can't find any that look similar and the seller can't provide the model number (conveniently). Now I'm just curious as to whether they're legit AR speakers or another brand. If anyone can help identify them, I'd appreciate it. Thanks!

I know those are not AR speaker badges, as AR badges are dimensionally "square".

They do resemble the Criterion 50A.
