CD player input?

Looking to get a Kenwood KR-720 or KR-725, both have 2 tape deck inputs & a PHONO input but no AUX.
I'd like to run a dual tape deck & a CD player with it so where do I hook up the CD, PHONO or taAudiokarmabe deck B?

Do not use PHONO input. This would be for a MM type of cartridge and anything else in that input will produce bad and distorted sound. Since you have a dual cassette deck, it only needs one input so put the tape deck in TAPE A and the CD player in TAPE B. These tape inputs act exactly like an AUX input. They are line level (except for phono) and will work perfectly fine for your CD player.
