    Hey,

I am putting the final touches on the Kenwood Model Eleven III that I am working on (for my collection). I have not run into chrome being tarnished so bad that it doesn't come clean until now. So I am wondering what is the best way to clean this or make it shine again?

    Thanks,

Is it a metal piece or a plastic piece?

It is cast aluminum with a chrome polish(I think).

Looks to just be on the surface, any chrome polish should work, if it's pitted, there isn't a lot you can do.

I've used chrome polish or headlight restorer for that type of problem.
