Considering this mono amp. Opinions?

Thinking about buying this amp, described by seller as a 15-watt all-triode mono with UTC output and interstage transformers and push-pull output and driver stages.

Features:
UTC LS-19 input stage transformer
UTC LS-22 push-pull driver transformer
UTC LS-55 output tranfsrormer
2 6B4 power triode tubes
6SN7 driver stage tube
6J5 input amp tube

He adds that it works with or without a preamp for low-level listening. Is asking about $350.

I am wondering if this can be used to drive two speakers in current configuration as well as a separate tuner and a turntable?

It looks to be a basic mono amp although I cannot tell what the second RCA input is for. Likely you'll need a preamp w/ phono stage at least to easily route the tuner as well as have a volume control. The LS-55 has enough output impedance combos that you could parallel 2 speakers (in mono).to it.
