"Conversation" Emails....

I've noticed that whenever I have a "conversation" with someone, it ends up being sent to my email. Is there any way to stop that? I can't seem to figure it out. Thanks!

Hover your mouse over your username (top right) - select 'contact details', and then look at 'messaging preferences' - uncheck the 3rd box down.
