My Yamaha RX-A770 has a fault that is causing it to shut down with check speaker wiring fault. I have completely ruled out the speakers and it is getting worse. Called Crutchfield and they are exchanging it. Love Crutchfield's customer support which is why I have been a customer since 1974. I am not at all worried about this Yamaha has a excellent quality reputation. If the second one does have a problem then we will see about a Denon or a Marantz.
