CS J305B speakers

1). pioneer CS-J305B/CS-J305Q speakers mfg in Canada. Someone has offered these to me for $125/pr. they do not know the specs (why dont people keep that info). Anyone have the specs for these? Or wish to provide comment on their quality?

I just saw an ad on Kijiji (CAD), and from the photos they appear to be part of a budget-priced home theatre system. They look something like those old Kenwood tower speakers, fibreboard cabinets with woodgrain vinyl wrap. This guy has 2 towers and 2 shorter speakers for $140, and mentions a "sub" but I don't see one in the photos. "150W 8 Ohms" on the back label. What would concern me is he says they are 80's speakers, so I'd want to know if they have foam surrounds that have never been replaced.
