Cuisinart Recall - be sure to get your new blade...

Thanks for posting the notice. Our DLC-7 Pro was from '86. I'm sure we registered it, but we've moved twice since then.
Last year I had a Makita sander that the rubber disk disintegrated in use. When I went to their website to buy a new one I came across their safety recall for the exact issue and they replaced the part for free, including shipping both ways. Nice when a company still supports it's products decades later.
