D330 Transistor - Equivalent??

Hi folks,

I need to replace a D330 transistor from my Sansui 661 receiver. I've scoured AK for replacement recommendations (like the 2SC1986, D313) but they are not available anymore either (not from Mouser, Digikey, etc anyway). Any idea of a current transistor that would do the job?

2SD330 = MJE15030G or MJE15032G (NPN)

Also TIP31 or TIP41 (TIP31C or TIP41C are highest voltages - may or may not be important) Presuming the transistor is for voltage regulator)

Thanks for that. I had a spare MJE15032G lying around, so that worked out great!
