I sent my rough and non-working Bell 2200C mono amp pair to Dave several months ago. He methodically went through them, identified a dead and unobtanium output transformer, reconfigured the amp and brought these relics back to life. I believe he posted a thread about his restoration adventures on the tube sub.

I am listening to them right now with some very tasty classic Al Jarreau and just can't stop smiling. Here's some pictures for your viewing pleasure. Thanks Dave451-you're the best! Greg

By the way, if you have one of these amps sitting around and want to sell the cage, I'd love to hear from you. I have schematics that Dave drew out for this as we were unable to find this particular model in the audiosphere. Contact me for more info.

I know, right? Found the cage amp first, spent about a year looking for another. The second one was in rough shape but Dave worked his magic.

Those are beautiful Bell 2200 amplifiers. I love the look of the tube cage.
