"Death Wish" is back....

Bronson was 53 years old when he made "Hard Times", in which he played a Depression-era bare-knuckles street fighter....not an easy role for a man that age. He was a "tough guy`s tough guy", for sure.

I'll get flamed to hell for saying this but I never really like Charles Bronson. Something about Death Wish just rubbed me the wrong way. Then I saw Once Upon A Time In The West. Holy **** was I wrong about Bronson.

I'm a sucker for movies that pits good v evil. Bronson was a real bad cookie in the original, but the part was made for Bruce Willis. Just like most of the Die Hard flicks, even being ridiculous can't keep them from being entertaining. I'll look forward to this when it comes to the "cheap" theaters after a few months.

Always enjoyed Bronson movies. I just watched several of his films last month. Chato's Land (my favorite of his), Mr. Majestyk, Breakheart Pass and The White Buffalo.
