Ever try such a combo?
Power hungry speakers of any kind with such an amp?

Its a high current nelson pass AB pseudo type A

The various stasis amps are highly regarded
The type A amps obviously
But this one is here now.

Its a highly thought of amp
But good enough?

105 tested 130w

Crank it up. What is it going to do, melt?

Just respect the 105 watts you have and enjoy.

To purchase
The denon is for sale locally.
Currently driving them with a denon avr of an accurately stated 105watts

This pma is surely a better amp but is it comparable to one of the stasis amps
Or any of the more entry level vintage audiophile amplifiers
presumably type A beasts
Is it going to "get the job done"

Its $200
Fair. No bargain.

it sells for 200 for reason

the nak or pass amps sell for more for a reason.

maybe the move to an amp instead of a/v gear will be in the right direction and you can step up again if needed
