VINTAGEO
Newbie in New B.
I'm not usually one to even give a console stereo cabinet a second look, that is untill I saw this one!
This thing is a work of art from the late fifties I gather from the very limited amount of info on it.
What I do like about it, it is relatively small, 44x16x28, it looks fantastic with its curved lines, sounds great despite needing some service, all works! Not to mention the condition of it, someone obviously really loved this peice!
The receiver is made by Blaupunkt, and the turntable is a Dual 1011
Oh and I really like the refrigerator style turntable light that turns on and off when the front panel is opened and closed!!
The receiver even has a green signal scope that widens the stronger the signals from stations are.
I thought it might be a great place for people to show off and discuss their consoles, original and modded alike.
What better place than an audio site?
