Now them some perdy vehicles. Although the orange one is kind of funny.
I like the blue on the last pic. Looks to be a Buick??

The Buick was a Wildcat if memory serves me right. It was on loan from a museum. Sorry Thor didn't see any Miatas. I have lots more to show but the server is not being receptive to my pics :(

I'd take that 70 Chevelle Greenbriar wagon. I'd use it to pull the 1970 Chevelle Malibu I just bought! I'd definitely drive that Riviera, if my CRX broke down. Crexrun

Almost forgot to post some more pics :)

Here is a pic of the new camaro which is plain ugly to me. Looks like they handed the design to the same team who did the Chrysler 300. Its just all wrong imo.

My oldest step son has a thing for first gen Broncos like the one above... he has three of them
at present time - one a 33K original mile unit - very nice!

Course, I don't think he would paint the Bronco that color if it were his! :D

You by chance didn't get a pic of the Nova that's sitting beside the car in the last pic
of the first post of pics did you? :naughty:

I notice that you're leaning towards wagons, trying to get some inspiration for your new toy? :thmbsp:

Scott

Yeah i always loved wagons and cars that are just out of the ordinary. Sorry the nova was just a plain Jane pro street car that i checked out but don't think i snapped a pic of. My wife drove one just like it at Detroit drag way for years to 10 second runs.

Maybe it's just the slightly increased family size or the desire to carry around big-ass hi-eff. speakers and stuff but wagons are starting to appeal to me a lot more as well. Strange really, they are about as different from my Lotus as a 'car' can get. :)

I like the last wagon in your second series of pics, if it wasn't for the road salt killing everything made of steel up here I think I'd go looking for one. I really don't like or get the giant wheel with rubber band tire thing though on old cars, looks totally out of place to me.

Nancy regularly drove a 10sec. drag car?...damn!

What's with the 55 Chevy... the plaque reads "55 Chevy Hemi"? :scratch2:

Nice pics Grumpy. How did you get people to NOT walk in front of you? I get so ticked trying to take pics at car shows.

In your first post, there is a pic of a Riviera, do you happen to have a pic of the 59 chevy in the background?

Generally I'm polite and will wait an not say much but occasionally if kids ain't around I tell em to get the **** outta my way or ask them are they taking a parts inventory of the damn car. This year we went on a Sunday evening when traffic was much lighter. I still had to pass on taking pics of several cars since i would have had to hold the camera over my head to get a pic. One great thing is my newer camera has a very fast focus which lets me get a spur of the moment photo instead of waiting around for it to focus.

Great pics, Dave. Thanks for posting.

You might think me twisted or weird, but I love that '65 Barracuda.
